Taylor Swift, Toby Keith, and Kenny Chesney are once again getting recognition as some of country music's biggest stars. The singers are all making a return to the Forbes Celebrity 100. The list ranks celebrities' power and influence based on media exposure, marketability, and career earnings over the past 12 months.
Taylor leads the way among the three. She's dropped out of the top ten, taking the number 18 spot after taking 6th place last year. But her income has gone up. Her $64 million from album sales, touring, endorsement deals, and other ventures is her highest total to date.
Toby Keith and Kenny Chesney have fallen on the list as well. Toby made $65 million - more than Taylor. But he's coming in at number 51, down from number 43 last year.
Chesney, who didn't spend a lot of time in the spotlight during the time period considered, has slipped from number 47 to number 70. He's credited with earning $44 million, which primarily came from the last 29 dates of his 2013 tour. Kenny has spent much of the past 12 months working on his next album, which is due in September.
