Chris Young brought his romantic ballad to life with a new visual that premiered on Friday (April 11), one week after the singer-songwriter debuted ā€œTil The Last One Dies.ā€

Young recently told iHeartCountry he was ā€œoverdueā€ to release a ā€œstraight-down-the-middleā€ love song as a single, pointing out itā€™s been more than a decade since he delivered ā€œWho I Am With Youā€ in 2013. ā€œTil The Last One Diesā€ marks the beginning of the singer-songwriterā€™s next chapter in his career with his milestone 10th studio album on the horizon.

ā€œIt hit me on a winding road just how lucky I am/ Outta all the guys, only God knows why I get to be your man/ So I bought a dozen roses on my way to you tonight/ Eleven real ones, one fake one/ And Iā€™ll love you ā€˜til the last one diesā€

Young said when he first noticed the wedding-worthy single was written by Ben Hayslip,Ā Seth Mosley, andĀ Jordan Walker, he knew, ā€œā€˜this is gonna be good. Iā€™m gonna be mad I wasnā€™t in the room for this.ā€™ And I am. Iā€™m jealous. ā€¦Itā€™s just a beautiful song.ā€ The end of the chorus ā€œis just absolutely chefā€™s kiss, gorgeous, beautiful way to say, ā€˜I love you.ā€™

ā€œI donā€™t think those songs [like ā€™Til The Last One Diesā€™] come along every day.ā€
